Just a little before 6:00 am this morning, a pick-up truck crashed on State Route 973 West in Hepburn Township. The operator apparently lost control of the vehicle as the vehicle left the roadway, shearing a power pole and impacting a large tree. Fortunately no one was injured. Route 973 West was closed throughout the morning hours as PP&L crews repaired the electrical equipment.

Staion 15 personnel provided scene safety and traffic control while the Ambulance crew checked Mr. Confer for injuries.
