Thursday February 27, 2003, at about 9:30 pm, Hepburn Township, Trout Run and Old Lycoming Twp Fire Companies were dispatched to a vehcle accident on Beach Drive just off Eckard Road. Upon arrival of Rescue 15 and Engine 15 the vehicle was found off the side of the road over an embankment. Both occupants were entrapped. One patient wsas Emergency Evacuated by Life Flight.
